Sustainable Structures provides service for both General Contracting and Construction Management.

We can be full service or an extension of staff – we are versatile in our staffing plan. This means that you can choose the level of involvement right for you and your residential project.

Our construction management does many of the functions of a general contractor but allows for greater owner involvement and at lower fees.

It allows for a very collaborative process and is well suited for the more experienced owner that has a construction background but needs to utilize the experience, personnel, and resources that Sustainable Structures, Inc. offers.
